  • Leigh McLean

    Leigh McLean

Leigh joined us in the spring of 2008 after an 18 year career in the restaurant business.  The fact that she gets to see and visit with so many of her clients from Lulu's is a definite plus!  It's not as big a career change as one would think as it is all about taking care of the client (and their pets). She is into the bribery way of managing by supplying a well stocked candy jar and plenty of homemade sweets. Leigh has three children, a semi adopted son, two beautiful daughters-in-law, and a granddog named Milo to spoil while waiting for grandchildren. Her free time is spent with friends and family, doing activities such as volunteering, baking, or visiting her getaway cabin on a lake in Arkansas.

In 2003, she and her husband Mike relocated to Memphis and fortunately for us to McGehee Clinic. Melissa is the "go to girl". In her time here she has made herself invaluable as the person who can answer almost any question most of us might have. With her high energy (which is hard to have when you exist on root beer and Doritos) she is an inspiration to the work ethic for all of us. She was voted Technician of the Year in 2007.  In her free time she enjoys wakeboarding, swimming, and horseback riding. She and Mike enjoy the company of their cat Lambeau, and Labrador, Vincent. Melissa had a beautiful baby girl in April 2012 named Marlee Beth.. As we all know this child has no choice but to be a Packers Fan!

As our mascot, she is loved by all the employees and clients for her many different voices and surprising phrases! Connie Reynolds

Connie joined our clinic in March of 2006. As our fearless kennel leader she keeps us on our toes by making sure all our pets are getting the best possible care and attention. Her theory is that all the animals belong to her that are here at McGehee Clinic and she lets their owners borrow them! Whatever the "Mom" of the clinic is doing, her heart is with the animals. She always goes the extra mile: tying bows on the pretty girls, a little extra time in the bathtub for a rubdown, and writing a special note on our take home report cards.  If there is extra love, Connie is giving it. She works side by side with her daughter Rhonda a couple of days a week and they enjoy lunching together. In her spare time, Connie enjoys crocheting and taking care of her grandchildren.
